Amy graduated with honours from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT) and is passionate about helping her clients move through life with confidence and ease. As an RMT, she uses a collaborative approach that is tailored to each individual’s goals to promote wellness, relieve stress, and restore ability after injury. Her approach involves treating the area of concern, as well as the surrounding tissues that may contribute to any altered function or discomfort.
Amy’s practice integrates a variety of techniques including Myofascial Release, General Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Release, Pre/Postnatal Massage, and Active Stretching.
Prior to pursuing Massage Therapy, Amy completed her Bachelors of Science in Human Kinetics (2017) and has since worked as a Kinesiologist. With many years of experience guiding her clients through workouts and helping them achieve their health and fitness goals, Amy has developed a deep understanding of the human body and how it moves. Her training to become an RMT helped to further this understanding with education about rehabilitation after injury and illness.
In her downtime, Amy enjoys hiking and skijoring with her dog, working out, playing golf, and snowboarding.
