Lucie is a graduate of the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, where her training encompassed a solid foundation in Anatomy, Physiology and Orthopaedic Assessment, which she draws upon to integrate techniques such as Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, and gentle stretching.
In her practice, Lucie combines a sensitive touch with a thoughtful approach tailored to each client’s unique needs, adjusting pressure and techniques to foster relaxation and relief.
With a strong belief in patient education, Lucie emphasizes addressing the root causes of discomfort, aiming to treat not only the symptoms but also potential underlying factors that affect overall well-being.
Her background as an educator for children and adults with special needs helped her to discover the profound impact of human connection on well-being. After moving from France to Canada in 2017, Lucie felt inspired to deepen her ability to support others, leading her to pursue a career in massage therapy.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking, sewing, and playing basketball, which keep her connected to nature and her community.
